VIDEO COACHING

The video coaching in Les Landes allows you to more easily visualize your mistakes and correct them, enabling faster progress.

Session outline:

• Phone or live discussion to understand your level and objectives, and the areas to work on.
• Explanation of the surf spot and water positioning.
• Feedback and video analysis. Note: the student is independent in the water while the instructor stays on the beach to film and analyze. The instructor may ask the student to exit the water to reposition them and help them catch as many waves as possible, correcting as many mistakes as possible.
